Logging in to the Branded Provider Portal

Ready to access your account? To get started, simply log in to your Branded Provider Portal using your credentials.

Step-by-Step Guide:


1.) During the setup process of Activating your Account as a Physical Therapist, you will see the "Access Web Portal" button on the bottom right of the activation email, which will redirect you to the Provider login page.

2.) Enter your username & password to the relevant fields, then click the 'Login' button.

The login details for your Provider account are case-sensitive.

  1. Check your email address as the system will send a One-time Password code to your email.

After entering the correct OTP code, the system will automatically log you in and will save your session up to 6 days unless you log out of the system manually.

  1. Should you or any providers in your group not remember the login details, select "Forgot Password?" to retrieve your login information.
  • If a provider has poor network connection, a banner will pop-up notifying them of this.

Notes:

  • We highly recommend to 'Bookmark' the login page for easy access.
  • We also highly recommend using Google Chrome as the web browser as our system is optimized around it.
