Uploading Custom Clinic Exercises

With PT Wired, you can easily upload your own custom clinic exercises, giving your patients a fully personalized program.


Below is a video tutorial on how to Upload your own Clinic Exercise to the system:

Step-by-Step Guide:


1. You'll need to be logged in as an Administrator to add a custom clinic exercise to the system. Navigate to the Administrator Dashboard and select the "Clinic Exercise Library" icon.


2. Click the "+ Add Exercise" button to open the exercise pop-up.

3. Fill in the following fields:

  • Exercise Name -the name of the exercise
  • Parameters:
    • Sets & Reps - use whole numbers only
    • Hold - you can include texts here such as the words "seconds" or "minutes"
  • Tags -these are the filters or related words that you've "tagged" to appear when an exercise is searched
  • Instructions - the exercise's default instructions. Although you can set a default parameters for your exercises, these can still be customized on a patient-to-patient basis. Maximum characters allowed is 1000
  • Exercise Video URL - we recommend using a third-party video hosting platform like Vimeo or YouTube; we recommend using Vimeo to upload your custom exercises to the system.

  • Exercise Image - 260x160 pixels is the recommended dimension; it's used for both exercise searches in the database and printouts.

4. When you're done, click the "Save Changes" button on the pop-up.
Success! prompt will appear on the top right of the screen once the changes are successfully saved.

Notes: 

  • Any content you've uploaded is exclusive to your practice and will not be available to other PT Wired clients. 
  • On the "View Exercises" page, any exercises you've published to the system will be prioritized and displayed first in the list, as well as during a search.
