Saving a Prescription as a Template

The "Save as Template" feature saves a lot of time during the process of building exercise programs for your patients.

Once you have built a comprehensive exercise program for a patient, the prescription can be saved as a template and reused for other patients.

Below is a video tutorial on how to Save a Prescription as a Template:

Step-by-Step Guide:

1.) In the "Patients" tab you are able to search for the patient who has been given the prescription you want to save by making use of the search bar on the top right of the page. Click the patient card to go to the patient's profile.

2.) Scroll down to the "Prescription" bar on the patient's profile and click the "Save as Template" button on the top far right of the page, symbolized by a book.

  • If you have multiple prescriptions enabled, click the Prescription/HEP you'd like to save as a template.

  • You'll be directed to that Prescription/HEP's details. Click the "Save as Template" button on the top far right of the page, symbolized by a book.

3.) You'll then be directed to the "Templates" page. Click the link to view the tutorial and step-by-step guide on creating Exercise Program Templates.

4.) From here you'll be able to add or remove exercises, and replace or rearrange the exercises in the "Selected" exercises bucket to the right of the page.

5.) On the next page, you'll be able to continue customizing the template details and instructions before saving it.

You can also rename the template for the purpose of avoiding confusion should you wish to assign a specific template to a particular patient. You'll also be able to modify and finalize the prescription details:

  • Exercise Instructions
  • Frequency
  • Parameters
  • Prescriptions Instructions

6.) Once you are satisfied with template, click the "Save" button at the bottom right of the page to save it.

7.) Template Saved pop-up will appear at the top right of the screen once the prescription has successfully been saved as a template.
