Viewing a Patient's Adherence Log

Patient adherence is a critical factor in the success of any treatment plan. The Adherence Log provides a clear, data-driven look at how a patient is engaging with their prescription or home exercise program. By reviewing this log, providers can quickly assess compliance, identify potential challenges, and have more informed conversations with your patients to help them stay on track and engaged.

Below is a video tutorial on how to view a patient's adherence log:

Step-by-Step Guide:

1.) To view a patient's adherence log, navigate to the "Patients" page.

2.) In the "Search Patients" tab you are able to search for a specific patient by making use of the search bar on the top right of the page. Click the patient card to go to the patient's profile.

3.) After clicking the patient card, you will then be taken to the patient's profile.

4.) The Adherence Log can be found below the patient's name and email address at the top left of the page.

If a patient have multiple prescriptions, the Adherence Log can be found inside the relevant prescription.
