Viewing Exercise Program Edit History

Providers can view the history of an exercise program, including creation and update dates, and who made the changes. Providers also have the option to restore previous versions. 


Patient's prescription history would only become available once there are changes saved to a patient's current active prescription.

Viewing Patients Prescription History


1. To view the prescription history of a patient, click on the patient's card whose prescription history you'd like to view. 


2. Then from within the patient's profile, scroll down to the prescription.


3. Click on the 'View Prescription History' icon.


4. The prescription history will open, allowing you to select a specific entry to view more details.

Restoring Patient's Previous Prescription


1. To restore to the previous prescription version, click on the relevant patient's card from the Patients' page.


2. Once in the patient's profile, navigate to the prescription and click on the 'View Prescription History' icon. 


3. Click the specific entry you'd like to restore, when it opens click on 'Restore Prescription.' 


4. You will get this pop-up notification: 'Are you sure you want to restore this prescription? This will replace the current prescription with the selected one.'


5. Click on 'Yes' and another pop-up notification will come up, letting you know that you have successfully restored the prescription.
