Mark Message As Unread

Providers can easily mark messages as unread, helping them stay organized and keep track of important conversations. This feature is especially useful for following up on patient communications, ensuring no details are missed. By marking a message as unread, providers can quickly flag it for later attention, making it easier to manage ongoing tasks and maintain effective communication.

Marking a Message as Unread


1. Log into PT Wired and navigate to the 'Messages' tab.

2. Once in the messages page, all unread messages will have the word 'NEW' next to them.


3. Click on the message you want to read, when you navigate away from that message, it will be marked as read and the 'NEW' that appears on the message will disappear. 

4. To mark the message from the patient as unread, navigate back to the read message and click on 'Mark as Unread' on the right.


5. You will get a notification on the top right corner letting you know that the message was successfully marked as 'unread.'
