RTM Billing Supporting Documentation
Providers can access documentation for RTM billing information through PT Wired. This information can be easily copied and exported to your EMR, billing system, or any other platform as required.

How can I access the RTM Supporting Documentation?
1. Once you are logged into PT Wired, navigate to the a patient's card by searching for the patient in the search bar on the home screen/ Patients page, or simply navigate the the patient's card if easily accessible from the Patients page.
2. The patient's profile will open as soon as you click on their card. From here, navigate to the RTM icon next to the patient's name.
3. The patient's RTM Details Tray will open. Once open, navigate to 'Billing' tab where you will see all the RTM codes ready for billing and those that were already billed previously.
4. Click on the 'Copy RTM Document' icon on the right side of the relevant code. The supporting documentation pertaining to that code will pop up.
5. You'll be able to 'Copy to Clipboard' and paste the information to your desired location. A 'Success! Copied to Clipboard' alert will pop up, indicating that the information was successfully copied.
Notes:
Prompt users will use the Prompt icon to export RTM Billing to visit in Prompt.
