Deleting RTM Time or Activity

Deleting an RTM time entry after an unintended entry is typically done to maintain accurate patient records and billing integrity.

Here's a step by step guide on deleting an RTM activity log:


1.) From the Clinical Monitoring Log, search for the RTM log you want to delete. 

2.) Click the delete or thrash icon.

3.) Finally, click the 'Yes' button to confirm 

4.) A success prompt will appear confirming that the monitoring log activity has been deleted.
