View Providers (Filter Options)
Admins are able to view the number of Providers, Provider Assistants and Technicians in their group from the Administrator Dashboard.
Below is a video tutorial on how to view providers
Step-by-Step Guide:
1.) Log in to the system as an Administrator and navigate to your name in the top right corner of the screen.
2.) Click the 'Administrator' from the drop-down, first on the list.
3.) Once you're in the Administrator Dashboard, click the 'Providers' button.
- You'll be directed to a page where the total number of providers will be listed, and the Total Count is displayed on the bottom right of the table.

4.) On the "Providers" page, you'll be able to use the "Filter by" button next to the search bar to filter providers according to their:
- Billing Role (Provider, Provider Assistant or Technician)
- User Status (Active or Inactive)
- Employment Status (Full-Time or Part-Time)
5.) If we check the box for "Active," the initial list of therapists is reduced from a total of 5 to 4. Meaning there is 1 "Inactive" user.
- The Total Count displayed on the bottom right of the table is now 7.
Note:
- Filters can be removed by clicking the "Filter by" button and unchecking the box next to the filter you had applied.
