View Providers (Filter Options)

Admins are able to view the number of Providers, Provider Assistants and Technicians in their group from the Administrator Dashboard. 


Below is a video tutorial on how to view providers 

Step-by-Step Guide: 


1.) Log in to the system as an Administrator and navigate to your name in the top right corner of the screen. 

2.) Click the 'Administrator' from the drop-down, first on the list. 


3.) Once you're in the Administrator Dashboard, click the 'Providers' button. 

  • You'll be directed to a page where the total number of providers will be listedand the Total Count is displayed on the bottom right of the table.
  • Read our article on Adding Therapist Users if you'd like to add a new provider. 


4.) On the "Providers" page, you'll be able to use the "Filter by" button next to the search bar to filter providers according to their:

  • Billing Role (Provider, Provider Assistant or Technician)
  • User Status (Active or Inactive)
  • Employment Status (Full-Time or Part-Time)


5.) If we check the box for "Active," the initial list of therapists is reduced from a total of 5 to 4. Meaning there is 1 "Inactive" user. 


  • The Total Count displayed on the bottom right of the table is now 7.

Note:

  • Filters can be removed by clicking the "Filter by" button and unchecking the box next to the filter you had applied.
