Clinic Educational PDFs
Group administrators can now upload and manage custom clinic educational PDFs in a shared library, making these resources easily accessible to all providers within their group.
There are multiple workflows for this:
Uploading a Clinic Educational PDF via the main 'Educational PDFs' Tab
- Login as a group admin. Click the 'Educational PDFs' tab on the top menu.
- Then click the '+Upload PDF' button to open the Upload PDF pop-up.
- On the pop-up, enter a title & select a category for your PDF. Select a file from your computer that you want to upload - this file should be less than 4.5 MB. Click the radio button for 'Save as Group PDF' to share the PDF to all providers in your group.
- Finally, click 'Upload' to upload & save the PDF. A success prompt would appear informing you that the PDF upload was a success.
Uploading a Clinic Educational PDF via the Group Administrator Dashboard
1. From the Group admin dashboard, click the 'Clinic Educational PDFs' button.
2. To start uploading, click the '+Upload PDF' button to open the Upload PDF pop-up.
3. On the pop-up, enter a title & select a category for your PDF. Select a file that you want to upload from your device - this file should be less than 4.5 MB.
4. Once done, click 'Upload' to upload & save the PDF. A success prompt would appear informing you that the PDF upload was a success.
Editing & Deleting a Clinic Educational PDF
You can edit or delete clinic educational PDFs from the main 'Educational PDFs' tab & via the group administrator dashboard.
After selecting the PDF you want to edit or delete, select the edit pencil icon if you want to make changes to the PDF title or category. Select the 'Trash bin' icon to delete the selected PDF.
Notes:
- Non group admin providers can still upload PDFs, but these remain private to their individual libraries.
