In-App Online Scheduling Integration

f you have Prompt Online Scheduling set up, we can incorporate it into the "Appointments" tab of your custom Prompt Engage mobile app! Patients can schedule multiple appointments and view upcoming visits.


If you're interested in activating this feature, please send us an email or Live Chat message with your Online Scheduling Link from Prompt. Once we have the scheduling link, our team will activate the integration.


How to Access the Prompt Online Scheduling URL


1.) Log in to your Prompt account.


2.) Select the Company tab once you're on the dashboard, then click the "Copy URL" button below the Online Scheduling Link section.

3.) Send us this link via the Live Chat feature on the Provider portal, or by emailing support[at]ptwired.com. We'll enable the integration and let you know when it's live!
