How to Set Up Clinic Rewards


We will take care of setting up the clinic rewards for you. To proceed, here’s what we need from you:

Step 1: Define the Metrics

Provide the following details for tracking progress:

  1. Metric Type

    Choose the type of metric to track:

    • Review - Patients leave reviews/feedback on your Facebook or Google My Business Page
    • Exercise Completion - Patients complete their exercises.
    • Routine Completion - Patients complete their entire exercise program.


  2. Metric Target

    Specify the target number for completion (e.g., “Complete 3 exercises”).       


Step 2: Provide Content Details

To customize the rewards, share the following content:

  1. Ongoing Main Text - Text displayed while patients are working toward the reward.
  2. Ongoing Sub Text - Supporting text for ongoing progress.
  3. Completed Main Text - Text displayed when patients achieve the reward.
  4. Completed Sub Text - Supporting text for completed progress.
  5. Reward/Prize Image - A visual representation of the reward.

Below are some examples:

The first image shows a live challenge where patients are encouraged to complete an activity—like finishing exercises, completing their full home exercise program, or even leaving a review on your clinic’s social media page—to earn a reward.

The second image highlights the completed state, congratulating the patient and inviting them to claim their reward, like a Sweatshirt Giveaway or a 25% Discount on Services!
