Messaging your Provider

For the duration of their recovery, patients can communicate with their clinicians via our HIPAA-compliant messaging system. Here's how:


1. Log in to the patient app and navigate to the 'Messages' tab to the bottom left of the screen.

Select from the list which provider you'd like to start messaging with in real time.

1. Log in to the patient web app and navigate to the 'Messages' tab to the bottom left of the screen.

Select from the list which provider you'd like to start messaging with in real time.


Notes:

  • You'll only be able to make use of the messaging feature if this has been enabled by the provider.
