Activating Your Account as a Patient

After your physical therapist has set you up with a prescription, you'll need to activate your account in order to access your Home Exercise Programs.


Below is a video tutorial on how to activate your patient account

Step-by-Step Guide:


1.) Once you're all set up with a HEP, you'll receive an email or a text from your provider containing instructions on how to activate your account, as well as an activation link.


Click the green 'Activate My Account' button.

2.) You'll be directed to the Password setup pageOnce done, click 'Submit'.

3.) Once you've clicked 'Submit', a pop-up will appear advising that your account has been activated

  • Patients then have the option to download your clinic's app from the Google Play Store, iOS App Store or, access the portal via the web.
  • If you're downloading the app from the iOS App Store, your phone may request you to enter your Apple ID and Password.

4.) You'll now be able to log in using your credentials and access your Home Exercise Program!

Notes:

  • If you're accessing the app via the web, we strongly recommend using Google Chrome as the browser.
  • The first setup link the patient receives will now be valid for up to 7 days before it expires
