Logging into a Shared Account and Choosing the Correct Patient Profile
If your email address or phone number is associated with more than one patient profile — such as in the case of parents managing care for children or a wife sharing an account with her husband — you’ll be able to select the correct profile upon login.
Logging In with Multiple Profiles
1. When you log in with credentials tied to more than one patient profiles, you’ll see a Profile Selection screen. Each patient profile will be displayed with:
- The patient's full name- this would include the 'main' profile & sub profiles
- The date of birth is displayed on the sub accounts to help patients distinguish between profiles

- Simply tap or click the profile you wish to access. You’ll then be taken directly to the 'Exercises' page of the selected user.
If your login credentials are tied to only one patient profile, you’ll skip the selection screen and be taken straight into that profile as usual.
3. Once you’ve selected a specific patient profile, you’ll be able to view information tailored only to that patient, including:
- Home Exercise Program (HEP): Personalized exercises and instructions
- Educational PDFs: Resources and guides assigned to that specific patient
Messages: Communication between the providers and the patient
All of this ensures that each patient’s care remains private, organized, and easy to manage.
