Owner Intro Video

To make your patients’ app experience more personal, we can add an Owner Intro Video. The first time they log in, they’ll be greeted with this short, welcoming message.

Please send us the video you would like to use! Our team will add in an intro logo animation, sliding name plate, and background music. Let me know if you have any special requests for the name plate (i.e. title, post-nominal abbreviations, etc.). We'll get your final approval before we add anything to the app. 

Here’s an optional script — Owner Video - Optional Example Script RTM but feel free to deviate from this and say whatever you like. Using a Teleprompter app can also make things easier.

Some other recommendations:

• Please shoot the clip in Portrait mode or Vertical orientation.
• Make sure you are positioned in the middle of the frame for the entirety of the video.
• If possible, use a microphone for the best audio results. 

We recommend keeping the video under a minute, but again, feel free to do whatever you like!
