What is an Intro Pop-up Message?
This message appears just below your logo the very first time a patient logs into the app, creating a warm and welcoming first impression. It’s a great way to introduce your clinic’s brand, share an encouraging note, or set the tone for their journey.
After this initial login, the app transitions to a clean, streamlined experience so patients can focus on their care.
How to Edit the Intro Pop-up Message
1.) Log in as an admin, then hover over and click your name in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, click 'Administrator' from the drop-down.
2.) You'll be directed to the Administrator Dashboard, click the 'In-App Customizations' card.
3.) Select "Set Intro Pop-up Message" and fill in your desired intro pop-up message.
4.) Click the "Save Changes" button to apply the changes you've made.
5.) A Success! Changes have been saved pop-up will appear on the top right of the screen once the changes to your Intro Pop-up Message have been successfully saved.
