RTM Billed Codes
At the core of our RTM Reports is the bar graph showcasing the RTM codes that have been billed, providing a visual representation of clinic performance over time.
This allows administrators to quickly assess trends, spikes, or declines in the utilization of RTM codes. Whether it's to gauge the success of a particular initiative or identify areas for improvement, this graph offers a bird's-eye view of how RTM services are being utilized within the clinic.
To view the RTM Codes Billed, you'd need to be logged in and have access to the Administrator Dashboard.
Below is a video tutorial on how to access and view RTM Billed Codes report
Step-By-Step Guide:
1.) Navigate to the "RTM Reports" tab in the "Reports" section.
2.) The first report displayed is the "RTM Codes Billed," in the form of a bar graph. The data shown is from the previous 30 days.
To expand the view, click on either the "Expand" button", or the "Load More" button.
3.) Once clicking either the "Expand" or "Load More" button, the bar graph will be expanded. From here, scroll your mouse or cursor over each bar to get the total number of the RTM codes billed in the last 30 days across all locations.
In the above example, from the bar graph, we can see that (in the last 30 days), code 98980 has been billed 15 times, and code 98981 has been billed 4 times.
4.) To refine the displayed data even further, select the "Filter" button to the right of the page.
The filters that can be applied are:
- Date Range - a required field when applying the filter button. Providers can search for up to a year prior to the current date. For example: if today is November 28th, 2023, I can select my "start date" as November 29th, 2022.
- RTM Code(s) - filter for a specific RTM code, or for all four codes.
5.) Once your desired filter(s) have been selected, click the "Apply Filter" button to generate the "new" data.
6.) Once the filters have been applied, the bar graph will display the filtered data. Hover your cursor over a bar in the graph to see the total number of RTM Codes Billed, per code.
In the above example, after the filters have been applied, there are:
- 10 billed for 98980
- 6 billed for 98981
- 0 billed for 98975 and 98977
7.) The information can be exported to a .CSV file with or without filters applied by clicking the "Export" button.
