To view the RTM Codes Billed by Providers, you'd need to be logged in and have access to the Administrator Dashboard.

See below video tutorial on how to access the RTM Codes Billed by Providers report

Step-By-Step Guide:

1.) Navigate to the "RTM Reports" tab in the "Reports" section.

2.) The second report displayed is the "RTM Codes Billed by Providers," in the form of a bar graph. The data shown is from the previous 30 days.

To expand the view, click on either the "Expand" button", or the "Load More" button.

3.) Once clicking either the "Expand" or "Load More" button, the bar graph will be expanded. From here, scroll your mouse or cursor over each bar to get the total number of the RTM codes billed per provider in the last 30 days across all locations.

4.) To refine the displayed data even further, select the "Filter" button to the right of the page.

The filters that can be applied are:

  • Date Range - Administrators can search for up to a year prior to the current date. For example: if today is December 6th, 2023, I can select my "start date" as December 7th, 2022.
  • RTM Code(s) - filter for a specific RTM code, or for all four codes.
  • Providers - apply the filter to one provider only, or exclude providers from the bar graph data. Simply click a providers name to include them in the report.

5.) Once your desired filter(s) have been selected, click the "Apply Filter" button to generate the "new" data.

6.) The filters will be applied and the bar graph will display the filtered data. Hover your cursor over a bar in the graph to see the total number of RTM Codes Billed per provider, per code.

In the above example, after the filters have been applied:

  • Amelia has billed 98980 and 98975 once.
  • Jackson has billed 98980 twice.
  • Tom has billed 98980 once.

7.) The information can be exported to a .CSV file with or without filters applied by clicking the "Export" button.
