RTM Patients

The RTM Patients report provides a comprehensive overview of patients enrolled in Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services.

The table includes key information such as the RTM status of each patient, enrollment date, billing period, and the healthcare providers assigned to monitor their progress. This data allows healthcare administrators to easily track and manage the status of RTM patients, ensuring effective billing, timely enrollment, and appropriate assignment of providers for personalized care.

The table serves as a central hub for monitoring and optimizing the delivery of remote therapeutic services within the healthcare system.

To view the RTM Patients Report, you'd need to be logged in and have access to the Administrator Dashboard.

Please see below video tutorial on how to access the RTM Patients report

Step-By-Step Guide:

To expand the view, click on either the "Expand" button on the top right or the "Load More" button, which can be found at the bottom of the Report.

3.) Once clicking either the "Expand" or "Load More" button, the table will be expanded. The information displayed is for the last 30 days' billing period and the table is titled "RTM Patients Report".

4.) To refine the displayed data even further, select the "Filter" button to the right of the page.

The filters that can be applied are:

  • RTM Status - Choose between "Ready for Billing," "High Engagement," "Low Engagement," or "No Engagement." These statuses match the categories on the RTM Dashboard.
  • Billing Period - Administrators can search for up to a year prior to the current date. For example: if today is September 18th, 2024, I can select my "start date" as September 19th, 2023.
  • Enrollment Date - Administrators can search by enrollment date for up to a year from the current date. So if today is September 18th 2024, I can select my "start date" as September 19th, 2023.
  • Assigned Provider(s) - apply the filter to one provider only, or a number of providers. Simply click a providers name to include them in the report.

5.) Once your desired filter(s) have been selected, click the "Apply Filter" button to generate the "new" data.

6.) The filters will be applied and the table will display the filtered data.

In the above example, after the filters for the period of one year for Ntombi Nyamane and Linda Gence have been applied:

  • Only patient Nemo Shell has high engagement for the the selected enrollment and billing period date range.

7.) The information can be exported to a .CSV file with or without filters applied by clicking the "Export" button.
