RTM Service Time by Provider

The RTM Manager Services table offers an overview of Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services supplied by each provider.

The table includes key metrics such as the total RTM time spent on patients by their providers, interactive communication details, and the default location of each provider. This information enables administrators to assess the engagement and performance of each provider in delivering RTM services.

By tracking the total RTM time and interactive communication, administrators can gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of remote monitoring efforts.

To view the RTM Manager Services by Provider report, you'd need to be logged in and have access to the Administrator Dashboard.

4.) To refine the displayed data even further, select the "Filter" button to the right of the page.

The filters that can be applied are:

  • Date Range - Administrators can search for up to a year prior to the current date. For example: if today is December 12th, 2023, I can select my "start date" as December 13th, 2022.
  • Location(s) -for clinics with multiple locations, providers can filter through a select number of locations or exclude them from the table data.

5.) Once your desired filter(s) have been selected, click the "Apply Filter" button to generate the "new" data.

6.) The filters will be applied and the table will display the filtered data.

In the above example, after the date range and location filters have been applied:

  • Jackson Avery has a total RTM time of 5.2 hours and has completed 8 interactive communications (Live Call) at the Durham location.
  • Alex Karev has a total RTM time of 4.08 hours and has completed 6 interactive communications (Live Call) at the Utah location.
