How to White List PT Wired

If you're in the situation where you or a Patient are attempting to change your password and the site advises "an email with a link to reset your password has been sent. If you do not receive an email, please contact your system administrator." Yet there is no mail in your inbox?

This frustrating problem has a simple solution - white list PT Wired.

Below is a list of the most common email service providers. To skip to that section, select the relevant option.

Gmail: 

1.)  Launch your web browser and go to the Gmail website (www.gmail.com). 

2.) Once you're logged in, locate the gear icon in the top right corner of the Gmail interface. Click on it to open the settings menu.

3.) From the drop-down menu that appears after clicking the gear icon, select "See all settings." This will open the Gmail settings page. 

4.) Within the Gmail settings page, you'll see different tabs. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab to proceed.

5.) Scroll down the page until you find the "Create a new filter" link. Click on it to create a new filter.

6.) In the "From" field of the filter creation form, enter the email address that you want to add to the safe sender list. Make sure to type it accurately.

7.) After entering the email address, click on the "Create filter" button located at the bottom right corner of the form.

8.) A new dialog box will appear with various options for the filter. Check the box next to "Never send it to Spam" to ensure that emails from the specified address won't be marked as spam.

9.) Once you've chosen the desired actions, click on the "Create filter" button to apply the filter and add the email address to the safe sender list.

10.) You'll see a confirmation message at the bottom left of the screen indicating that the filter has been created successfully. You can choose to apply the filter to existing emails if you want.
