What is Asana?
Asana is a project management software we use to manage onboarding projects.
How Do I Access the Asana Project?
- Please check your email as we've invited you to the Asana project.
👉 Click the 'Accept Invite' or 'View in Asana' button.
If you don’t have an Asana account yet, you’ll be prompted to create one using the same email address we used to invite you. You can either select:
- Continue signing up
- Continue with Google
a.) When creating an Asana account, enabling two factor authentication is mandatory - please download your preferred Authenticator from the recommended options on the video (Duo, Twilio Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).

Working through the Asana project
You can mark the tasks & subtasks as complete on Asana as you work through the project. Here is a tutorial on how to do this.
Feel free to utilize the comments in the app to communicate about each task.
2FA - Authenticator Issues

Challenge: I am trying to login to Asana, it is asking for a 2 factor authentication, what authenticator do I need to use?
Solution: When creating an Asana account, enabling two factor authentication is mandatory - please download your preferred Authenticator from the recommended options (Duo, Twilio Authy, or Microsoft Authenticator).

Challenge: I already downloaded an Authenticator but unable to progress past the two-factor authentication step in the process.
Solution:
a.) Open your Authenticator app, not your native camera app.
b.) Tap the + (plus) icon to add an account.
c.) Scan QR Code from within the app to add 2FA verification.
