Assigning or Editing a Patient's Case ID
Providers are able to edit patients' case IDs should they need to do so. Below are the steps on how do this.
Step by step guide:
1.) From the patients' profile, scroll down to the Prescription section.

2.) Click the 'Assign Case ID' button to bring up the Assign Prescription Case ID pop-up.

3.) On the Assign Prescription Case ID pop-up, replace the existing case ID with a new case ID or the correct one if you are updating it.
Finally, click the 'Assign' button to save the changes.

For patients with multiple prescriptions, navigate to the relevant Home Exercise Program, click to open it and follow the same steps above.
