Resending a Patient Setup Email

The "Resend Setup Link" button enables you to manually send an email with an activation link to a patient that may be used to set up their account.


Below is a video tutorial on how to Resend a Patient Setup Email:

Step-by-Step Guide: 


1.) Navigate to the "Patients" page.

2.) On this page you're able to search for a specific patient by making use of the search bar on the top right of the page. Click the patient card to go to the patient's profile.


3.) Once in the patient's profile, click the 3 blue dots to the left of the page. Scroll down and click the "Resend Setup Link" button.


4.) A "Success! Activation email has been re-sent" pop-up will appear on the top right of the page.

Notes:

  • Should any issues persist after resending the setup link, you'll be able to use the "Copy Setup Link" button to manually set up a password while you're in clinic with the patient, or contact our support team via the Live Chat feature.
