Documenting Prescriptions

Providers can simply copy a text summary of a patient's exercise program from the provider application to their documentation notes, electronic medical records (EMRs,) etc.

Below is a video tutorial on how to use the Document feature:

Step-by-Step Guide:

1.) Log in to the system as a provider and navigate to the "Patients" page.

2.) In the "Search Patients" tab you are able to search for the patient whose prescription you'd like to copy by making use of the search bar on the top right of the page. Click the patient card to navigate to the patient's profile.

3.) Once you are in the patient's profile, scroll down to the "Prescription" section.

• Click the "Document" button symbolized by a folded page icon.

4.) After clicking the Document button, a pop-up summary of the patient's home exercise program will appear. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the bottom right of the pop-up to copy the summary.  

5.) A "Success! Item has been copied to clipboard." pop-up will appear at the top right of the page, notifying you that the summary has been successfully copied to your clipboard.

6.) Paste the summary to your EMR or in a place that's quick to access for ease of reference!
