Resetting Your Password (Provider)
If you forget your password, we'll send you a link to reset it and create a new one.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1.) Navigate to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" button at the bottom of the page.

2.) Enter your email address and click the "Submit" button.

3.) You'll receive a success prompt informing you that an email with a link to reset your password has been sent to your email address provided.

4.) Keep an eye on your inbox for the password reset email. Click the "Reset Password" button or click the link below to reset your password.

Don't click the "Unsubscribe" link - you'll be opted out from all notification emails including your messages from your patients.
5.) Enter your new password, confirm it and click "Submit." You'll now be able to log in using your new log in credentials.
