New Releases 🚀

  • RTM Deactivation Warning: Added a warning notification when disabling RTM to prevent accidental deactivation and loss of data points.

     

  • HEP Created Date: Added display of the creation date of the first HEP in the Provider Portal to improve patient history tracking.

RTM Dashboard

  • Provider Filter Limit Increased: Admin providers can now select up to 100 providers (from 50), making it easier to manage larger organizations.


  • Patient Card and RTM Update: Updated the "Days Remaining" tag to display "Rolling Billing Period" when applicable, improving billing clarity.

a.) Days Remaining – Shows how many days are left in the 30-day cycle to collect RTM data.

b.) Rolling Billing Period - Appears when the RTM billing cycle is not fixed to calendar dates


Provider Portal

  • Patient Home Exercise Programs (HEPs): Typing Performance: Enhanced responsiveness when entering instructions, eliminating lag for a smoother experience


  • Group Administrator – Location Dropdown: Updated the provider location list to display in alphabetical order for easier navigation

  • Push Notification Messaging: Fixed an issue where new messages would not appear in real-time after tapping on a push notification.

  • RTM Dashboard – Billing Logic & Sync Issues: Fixed issues with incorrect billing logic, delayed data sync, and premature code generation affecting accurate RTM tracking.


Provider Portal

  • Exercise Tab & HEP's – Thumbnail Alignment: Fixed an issue causing exercise thumbnails to appear misaligned in List View


  • Print Prescription – Language Display: Corrected a translation issue that caused language text to display incorrectly on the Print Prescription screen.


  • Web – PT Wired Bootcamp Access: Fixed a redirect failure that prevented users from accessing the PT Wired Bootcamp as intended.


  • Miscellaneous - Request New Link: Improved the link generation process for a smoother and more reliable experience.
