Assigning Providers to Patients
This tutorial provides a step-by-step guide on how to manage patient-provider relationships within the system. You will learn the process of assigning one or more providers to a specific patient, ensuring continuity of care. Additionally, the tutorial will cover how to remove providers who are no longer associated with the patient, helping to maintain up-to-date and relevant patient information.

Assigning Providers to Patients
1.) From the patient's profile, you will be able to update the providers by clicking the kebab menu (three dots) on the right side of the screen and selecting 'Assign Providers' from the drop-down.
The provider who added the patient on the system and assigned the prescription will be the default provider for that patient.

2.) From the 'Assign Provider' drop-down, you will be able to search through providers and select the correct provider/s.
In the above example, Mickey Mouse, PT is selected as the provider. A prompt will pop up once the changes are successfully saved.
The new provider will be added in the "Current Assigned Providers" section.
Removing Assigned Providers
1.) From the "Assign Provider" drop-down, simply click the 'x' icon beside the Provider name. Click 'Save Changes' and wait for the success prompt.
