Mirror Exercise Feature

The mirror exercise feature allows providers to view Prompt Engage exercises from an opposite perspective. The exercises can be reversed, allowing visualization of exercises from a different view. By presenting exercises from an opposite perspective, it helps patients grasp movements more easily.

This added flexibility personalizes therapy for left- or right-dominant users and enables therapists to provide clearer feedback and corrections. Ultimately, it fosters a more inclusive and supportive environment for recovery, making exercises feel both intuitive and effective.

Below is a video tutorial on the mirror exercise feature

Viewing Exercises from a Mirror Perspective

1. When creating a patient's HEP, select an exercise from the exercise library and click on 'Next.'

2. On the next page (Prescription Details Page), scroll down to the exercise and click on the 'Use Mirror Image & Video' icon tab.

3. Once you click on the 'Use Mirror Image & Video' icon, the tab will change to blue and the image will be viewed in the mirror image.

Providers will also have the option, to use the default thumbnails & videos by clicking the same icon.

4. The final step would be to edit your parameters and exercise prescription instructions and click on 'Assign.'
