Default RTM Status

When adding patients the "Enable RTM" status can either be enabled or disabled. Providers can set the default setting of this status in their profile.

See below video tutorial on how to set your default RTM Status

Step-by-Step Guide:

1.) Log in to the system and navigate to the "Profile" tab.

2.) Once you're in your profile, scroll down to "Default RTM Status." A blue toggle indicates that the RTM status has been enabled.

3.) If enabled the setting from your provider profile, then every time you add a new patient to the system it would enable RTM by default. You can still disable the 'Enable RTM' toggle if the patient is not an RTM patient before saving the patient to the system.

To disable the RTM Status, click the toggle. A Success! pop-up will appear on the top right corner.

4.) A gray toggle indicates that the RTM Status has been disabled by default.

  • When adding patients from now on, the RTM Status toggle will then be gray (disabled.)
