Logging into a Shared Account and Choosing the Correct Patient Profile
What is a shared account?
In Prompt Engage, a shared account allows multiple users, such as a Parent and Child or a Husband and Wife, to access the same account.
To select the correct profile for patients that share the same email address or phone number, patients will have to first log into their account and then choose the correct profile once they have logged in.
To select the correct account, follow these steps:
1.) After Activating your patient account, log in to the account using your account credentials, email address/phone number and password.
2.) Once logged in, you will be presented with the multiple profiles available under that account. Proceed to select the profile you would like to access by clicking the correct name name.
3.) You will then be redirected to the exercises page, where you can access the exercises for the chosen profile. You will have full access to this profile and can navigate around the app as desired.
