Resetting Your Password (Patient)
We'll send you a link to reset your password and create a new one if you've forgotten it.
Once you reset or modify your password, you'll need to update it on all devices linked to the app.
Below is a video tutorial of how to reset your password:
Step-by-Step Guide:
1.) Navigate to the login page and click the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the page. Enter your email address or phone number and click the "Submit" button.
2.) You'll receive a "Code has been sent to your email or phone number" message informing you that a link to reset your password has been issued to your email address or phone number provided above.
3.) Keep an eye on your inbox for the password reset email. Click the "Reset Password" button or, alternatively, copy and paste the link given below to your browser to reset your password.
4.) Enter your new password, confirm it and click "Submit" at the bottom of the page. You'll now be able to log in using the new password.
Notes:
- Please use a unique password every time you do a Password Reset to avoid any issues.
