Messaging Your Provider

For the duration of their recovery, patients can communicate with their clinicians via our HIPAA-compliant messaging system. 


Below is a video tutorial on how to message your provider from within the app


Step by Step Guide:


1. Log in to the patient app and navigate to the "Messages" tab to the bottom left of the screen.

Select from the list which provider you'd like to start messaging with in real time.

  • Messaging is only available for patients who are enrolled to Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM).
