RTM Dashboard - Added Location Filter for Patient Search: Providers can now filter patients by clinic location to more quickly find patients assigned to them or treated at a specific clinic.
RTM Dashboard - Improved Provider & Location Filter Experience: The filter dropdowns now behave consistently, making it easier for providers to search by assigned provider and location without confusing or inconsistent search results.
Prompt Integration - Auto-Assign Provider from “Therapist” Field: New patients sent from Prompt now automatically appear in Engage with the correct provider assigned when the therapist exists in Engage, reducing billing issues and preventing unassigned-provider cases.
Enterprise Reports - Introduced Monthly & Weekly Report Selection: Providers managing enterprise-level reports can now generate either weekly or monthly reports from the same reporting view, giving more flexibility for performance reviews and billing reconciliation.

RTM Dashboard - Improved Provider & Location Filter Experience: The filter dropdowns now behave consistently, making it easier for providers to search by assigned provider and location without confusing or inconsistent search results.
Provider Filter - Improved Dropdown Display: The Assigned Provider filter no longer clutters the dropdown by showing all selected providers inside the box, improving readability when working with large provider lists.
iOS App - Refined Push Notification Permission Flow: App users can now allow or deny iOS push notifications directly in-app (instead of being redirected to device settings), creating a smoother onboarding and permissions experience.
Mobile App - Improved Logout Tap Area: The logout button’s clickable area has been expanded so users can reliably log out by tapping the icon or the surrounding area, reducing accidental “missed taps.”
Mobile App - Improved YouTube Video Player Compatibility: Upgraded the mobile video player to support the latest YouTube requirements, ensuring custom exercise videos load reliably and play without errors for patients.

Bug Fixes 🐞
Provider Management - Show Deactivated Providers with Status: Resolved an issue where deactivated providers were not appearing in the provider list. Deactivated accounts now remain visible with a clear “Deactivated” status, allowing admins to easily identify and reactivate them when needed.
RTM Billing - Corrected “Billed By” Information for Marked-as-Billed Codes: The “Billed by” field now correctly appears for codes that have been marked as billed, ensuring accurate billing attribution and audit trails.
RTM Billing - Resolved Previously Billed Codes Reverting to “Ready for Billing”: Codes that have already been billed no longer revert to a “Ready for Billing” state, preventing duplicate billing and confusion in billing workflows.
RTM Billing - Fixed 98975 “Billing Null” Error: The 98975 code now generates correctly without displaying “Billing Null,” so providers can bill this code without manual intervention.
RTM Billing - Prevented Duplicate 98981 Codes After Log Changes: Adjustments to patient logs no longer generate duplicate 98981 codes, reducing billing clean-up and preventing overbilling.
RTM Billing - Prevented Duplicate 98977 Codes with Different Billing Periods: The system no longer creates duplicate 98977 codes for the same patient with overlapping but mismatched billing periods.
RTM Billing - Excluded Pre-Enrollment Logins from Billing: Logins and data points recorded before a patient’s RTM enrollment date are now excluded from billing eligibility and code generation, ensuring 98975 and related codes are billed only for valid periods.
RTM Enrollment - Corrected Patient Enrollment Dates: RTM enrollment dates now display correctly on patient records, improving transparency for eligibility checks and billing reviews.
Web & Mobile - Fixed Patient Activation Links Expiring Too Early: Activation links (including resend setup links) now remain valid for a full week, so patients can complete account setup without needing repeated support.
Mobile - Restored Functional Activation/Resend Setup Links in SMS: Activation and resend setup links sent via text now contain valid URLs instead of placeholder text (e.g., “[object Object]”), allowing patients to complete setup from their mobile devices.
Mobile App + Web App - Corrected iOS and Android Links in Welcome/Activation SMS: The iOS and Android app download links are now correctly assigned in activation messages, so patients are guided to the right app store for their device.
Mobile App + Web App - Fixed Provider Login Failures: Providers who enter correct credentials can now successfully log into the Engage app and web app, reducing downtime and support requests.
Mobile App - Fixed 3x/Week and 4x/Week Exercise Completion Issues: Exercise completion now saves correctly on all expected days-including Sundays and last-session completions-so patient progress reflects accurately.
Web Messaging - Resolved Notification & Timestamp Issues: Email and in-app message notifications now send reliably, message timestamps display correctly, and the persistent red indicator on the Messages tab has been removed.
RTM Dashboard - Corrected 20-Minute Threshold Filter: The “time remaining in 20-minute threshold” filter now works as intended, allowing providers to accurately track patients nearing billing eligibility.
Web - Fixed Provider Search in NPS Detractor Emails: Providers can now be searched and selected correctly when filtering NPS detractor email lists.
RTM Dashboard - Removed Disabled Patients from View: Patients who have been disabled or unenrolled from RTM no longer appear on the RTM Dashboard, eliminating confusion and keeping provider views accurate.
Prompt Integration - Fixed Errors with Templates Using Engage Custom Exercises: Prompt templates containing Engage-created custom exercises now load without errors, ensuring smooth template use.
Prompt Integration - Corrected CQ Modifier Auto-Application for RTM Codes: CQ modifiers now apply automatically to RTM billing codes (98980, 98981) when required, reducing manual adjustments.
Prompt Integration - Resolved RTM Billing Import Issues: RTM billing codes can now be successfully imported into Prompt Treat and Flow Sheet without errors.
Prompt Integration - Removed Random “N/A” Text Insertions: Copying documentation from Engage into Prompt no longer inserts unexpected “N/A” text, preserving accurate, clean documentation.
Prompt Integration - Corrected RTM Documentation Import: RTM code documentation copied into Prompt’s Treat and Flow Sheets now populates the correct content in the Treatment Notes field, preventing incorrect or mismatched documentation from appearing.
Mobile OTP Login - Fixed Login Completion Issue: Corrected an issue where login did not complete even after entering a valid OTP.
Web OTP Login - Fixed Phone Number Login Failure: Resolved an issue where users received an OTP but were unable to successfully log in on the web app.
Cross-Platform OTP Login - Resolved OTP Validation Failures: Corrected cases where OTP login failed despite a valid OTP being sent on both web and mobile.
Mobile Authentication - Fixed Face ID Login Issues: Resolved problems preventing Face ID from working correctly during login.
Mobile Security - Fixed Password Rejection After Logout: Corrected an issue where passwords were not accepted after logout when Face ID was enabled.
Web Login - Fixed Login Errors After Multiple Sessions: Resolved errors occurring after multiple successful login and logout attempts.
