Sprint 3.30 – RTM Enhancements & Fixes

New Features 🍿

  • RTM Billing Logic - Enforced Monthly Cap for CPT 98981: Introduced a monthly billing limit so CPT 98981 can only be billed up to three units per patient per calendar month, ensuring compliance with updated RTM guidelines.

  • RTM Dashboard - Added Step Tracking Status Display: Added visibility of step tracking status (enabled or disabled) directly on the patient card and within RTM reports to provide clearer patient monitoring insights.

Improvements ⏩

  • RTM Dashboard - Correct Patient Visibility and Sorting: Improved patient list behavior so patients correctly appear in the RTM Dashboard and Patients tab, and list view sorting now applies to the full patient list rather than only visible results.

  • RTM Dashboard - Accurate Time & Activity Indicators: Improved real-time updates for remaining RTM time, activity status, and live interaction indicators to better reflect patient eligibility and engagement.

  • Web - Improved Message Prioritization: Improved the message list so unread patient messages are automatically prioritized at the top for faster response.

  • Web - Location Selection Popup: Added a “Close” option to the location selection popup, allowing providers to exit without being forced to choose a location.

  • Patient & Provider Notifications - Clearer Support Routing: Updated patient activation, HEP update, and notification emails to direct patients to their clinic instead of Engage Support, and configured notification emails to send from a no-reply address.

  • RTM Reports - Improved Data Accuracy: Improved RTM usage and billing reports so billed codes, totals, and report values display accurately across dashboards and charts.

  • Mobile - Stability & Performance Enhancements: Improved mobile performance and reliability, including smoother login behavior, improved background handling, and more consistent messaging and notification experiences for providers.

Bug Fixes ⚒️

  • RTM Codes - Eligibility & Population Issues: Fixed multiple issues where RTM CPT codes (98975, 98977, 98980, 98985) were missing, populating prematurely, duplicating within the same billing cycle, or not appearing despite meeting eligibility requirements.

  • RTM Dashboard - Incorrect Patient Data: Resolved issues where incorrect patient profiles appeared, discharged patients remained visible, or documentation showed unassigned providers.

  • RTM Activity Status - Billing Readiness: Fixed cases where patient activity status did not update correctly, preventing patients from being removed from the “Ready for Billing” tab.

  • Web - OTP & Contact Issues: Fixed incorrect OTP and notification delivery caused by outdated contact information.

  • Web - Patient Access Restrictions: Fixed an issue allowing patients in deactivated groups to retain app access.

  • Web - HEP Status Display: Corrected cases where patients showed a “No HEP” status despite having an assigned HEP.

  • Mobile - Messaging & Access Errors: Fixed issues where message drafts were obscured while typing, message threads displayed incorrectly, Face ID failed, or users encountered access forbidden errors after inactivity.

  • Multi-Group Patient Accounts: Resolved duplicated groups, missing messaging tabs, missing custom buttons, and HEP loss scenarios for patients associated with multiple groups.
