RTM Discharged Cases Report

The RTM Discharged Cases Report is designed to ensures that RTM billing records continue to display all associated codes after an RTM case is formally discharged from Prompt EMR. This report is exclusively available for groups integrated to Prompt, and can only be accessed once case-level functionality has been enabled for the organization.


What are the available data?

  • The RTM Discharged Cases report shows the discharged RTM-enabled cases along with Patient name and Case Name, on a specific date range.


Current Limitations

As this reporting functionality continues to evolve, please be aware of the following system constraints regarding historical data:

  • UI Visibility: There is currently no user interface (UI) available for viewing billing codes tied to previous Plans of Care.
  • Plan of Care Segmentation: The generated reports do not currently distinguish between previous Plans of Care and active Plans of Care. All associated RTM codes for the case will appear together on the report without active/historical status flags.
