Display Prompt Location Pop-Up

The prompt location pop-up can be enabled as a default on the Providers profiles settings. This saves providers the step of having to add their default location and the patients RTM status when importing patients from Prompt to Prompt Engage using the 'Open Engage' button.

Below is a video tutorial on how to enable the Prompt Location Pop-Up setting

Step-By-Step Guide:

1. Navigate to your profile on Prompt Engage.

   
   

   

2. Toggle the 'Display Prompt Location Pop-Up' on. 

• If the 'Display Prompt Location Pop-Up' is toggled off, Providers would manually have to enter their location and enable RTM, each time they import a patient from Prompt to Engage  'open Engage' button.

Setting a Default Location & RTM Status

Within the Location and RTM Pop-up, providers also have the option to check the checkbox under the RTM toggle: "Use the defaults, don't show again"

When this checkbox is selected:

• The currently selected Location and RTM Status will be saved as the default.
• These defaults will automatically apply to all the provider's future patients imported into Engage.
• The Location and RTM pop-up will no longer appear.

This ensures a faster workflow by eliminating the need to confirm location and RTM settings for each patient import.
