Export NPS Report

Step-By-Step Guide: 

1.) Log in to the PT Wired system as an Admin and navigate to your name in the top right corner. Click your name and scroll down to the "Administrator" bar. 

2.) Once you're in the Administrator Dashboard, click on the Reports tab, then select NPS Reports.

3.) On the NPS page, you can apply the relevant NPS Search filters and click the "Search NPS" button. (link NPS Search filters)

4.) From the information/results displayed, you'll be able to export the NPS data by clicking the "Download File" button along the filters bar. 

5.) A .csv document will download, labeled "NPS_Report." Click the download to open it up. 

6.) The NPS Report will open on another page and contain a detailed summary of the NPS information. This can then be saved in a folder on your computer for ease of reference.
