Daily Outcome Score Threshold Email Notification

We've added a Daily Outcome Score threshold email notification option for low scores. Providers can customize the threshold and enable/disable notifications as desired.

Providers will have the ability to input a score that they consider to be low. They will then receive an email notification if a patient rates themselves at or below that score.

Below is a video tutorial on how to set the Daily Outcome Score Threshold Email Notification

1. To set the threshold, navigate to your name on the top right corner and click on 'Profile.'

• Once in your profile, navigate to 'Daily Outcome Score Threshold.'

• Then click the edit all button to edit your score threshold and edit accordingly. When you are happy with the changes you have made, click on 'Save Changes.' You will get a pop-up notifying you that your settings were successfully saved.
