NPS Detractor Emails
Providers added to the NPS Detractor email notification list would receive an email notification when a patient has submitted an NPS score of 7 and below.
Step-by-Step Guide:
1.) Log in to the PT Wired system as an Admin and navigate to your name in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu click the "Administrator" tab.
2.) Once you're in the Administrator Dashboard, click the "Reports" card.
3.) You'll then be directed to the Reports Dashboard. From here, click the "NPS Reports" tab.
4.) On the NPS Reports tab, click the "Detractor Emails" button.
A pop-up will appear titled "NPS Detractor Emails".
4.) Search for providers (by name or email) from the search bar or select the provider(s) using the "Select Provider" dropdown menu to add them to the Detractor Emails list.
Once you've selected a provider or providers, they'll be added to the list below the "Select Provider" bar.
- To remove a provider from the list, simply click the "x" next to the provider's name.
6.) The providers in this list will receive the Detractor Email.
- Once you've added the providers, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the pop-up.
7.) A Success! Emails successfully added pop-up will appear on the top right corner of the screen as soon as the providers' emails have been successfully saved to the Detractor Emails list.
8.) Providers added to the NPS Detractor Email list will receive an email with the subject "Low NPS Score Submitted".
Click the "View Score" button in the email to view the following on the provider portal:
- Date score was submitted
- Score
- Patient's comment (if applicable)
- Provider
- Location
