Search NPS Filter Options

Group admins have the ability to sort out NPS submissions from patients.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1.) Log in to the PT Wired system as an Admin and navigate to your name in the top right corner. Click your name and from the dropdown menu displayed click the "Administrator" tab.

2.) Once you're in the Administrator Dashboard, click the "Reports" card.

3.) You'll then be directed to the Reports Dashboard. From here, click the "NPS Reports" tab.

Providers will be able to apply the following filters to narrow down the NPS information:

  • Start and End Date
  • Program
  • Location
  • Provider

a.) Start and End Date - providers will need to input a start and end date in order for information according to the selected period to be displayed.

For example, the time period searched for above is January 1st, 2023 to January 1st, 2024. Patients' NPS information only to and from those dates will be included in the search. The dates displayed in blue represent the start and end date respectively.

  • To remove the date selection, hover over the calendar icon next to the dates and click the "x" button - this resets the dates.

b.) Program - providers can select an option from the "Select Program" dropdown menu. We offer 5 programs in our Care Plans - shoulder, knee, neck, lower back and other.

c.) Location - for clinics with multiple locations, providers are able to search for a specific clinic location in the "Select Location" tab, or choose one from the dropdown menu.

d.) Provider - search for patient NPS information assigned to a specific provider using the "Select Provider" tab, or choose one from the dropdown menu.

4.) After adding the filters you'd like to apply, click the "Search NPS" button to the right of the filters selection.

5.) The filter(s) will be applied, and any related patient NPS information will be displayed in the section below. For this example, I searched the dates from May 5th, 2023 to July 31st, 2023.

6.) Providers can download this NPS information by clicking the "Download File" button to the right of the screen. This will export the data to a .csv file which can be saved for easy reference.

6.1) The file will be downloaded. Click the file in the top right of the screen to open it up.

6.2) The information will open and be displayed as below.

Notes:

  • Should you have made an error with one of the filters or you'd like to clear them, click the "Clear Filters" button next to the Search NPS filter.
