Bug Fixes 🐞
RTM Tracking & Billing:
- Corrected Real-Time Code Generation & Validation: Fixed real-time calculation triggers so codes 98979, 98980, and 98981 populate immediately when requirements are met, corrected logic where 98979 generated instead of 98980, and enforced the 40-minute clinical monitoring threshold for code 98981.
- Corrected 30-Day Activity Counter: Updated counting rules for codes 98977 and 98985 so only data points from the current 30-day billing period are counted, preventing past activity from inflating current totals.
- Prevented Duplicate Billing Code Cycles: Fixed code generation routines to prevent duplicate billing codes from spawning within identical billing cycles.
- Resolved Enrollment Date Overwrites & Code Generation Failures: Fixed a data preservation bug that improperly updated or inconsistently displayed enrollment dates across views, resolving data log clearing and restoring automatic generation of codes 98975, 98985, and 98977.
- Fixed Pre-Month-End Duration Resets: Resolved an issue causing accumulated active clinical monitoring time to reset to 0 before the billing month closed.
- Fixed Interaction Logging: Resolved an issue where patient live interactions were not being saved or displayed in the clinical monitoring logs.
- Fixed Active Duration Resets: Resolved an issue where running the RTM timer reset tracked time to 0 upon manually adding logs or opening supporting documents.
- Fixed Duplicate Log Generation: Corrected timer session handling to prevent multiple identical time entries from being created upon ending a single timer session.
- Fixed Activity Tracking: Corrected timer behavior when switching between eligible tasks to prevent unintentional time inflation.
- Restored Integration Tooltip Details: Re-added the missing "via Prompt Integration" label to billing hover tooltips for automatically billed RTM codes.
RTM Dashboard:
- Corrected Patient Status Categorization: Resolved status assignment bugs to ensure patients correctly populate under "On Track for Billing" or "No Activity Status."
- Fixed Patient List Queries: Corrected query filters to ensure all eligible active RTM patient profiles render in the RTM Dashboard and Ready to Bill queues.
- Fixed Duration Calculation Formatting: Resolved calculation rendering errors ("NaNm") and page refresh resets within the RTM Time Remaining dashboard column.
- Corrected Billing Status Criteria: Fixed status mapping to ensure "Ready for Billing" highlights only patients possessing active, billable RTM codes.
- Updated Empty HEP Categorization: Revised dashboard status rules to tag patients with an unpopulated HEP program as "No HEP" instead of "No Activity."
- Excluded Disabled RTM Patients: Updated dashboard query filters to exclude patients whose RTM tracking is explicitly disabled.
- Fixed Clipboard Action State: Resolved UI re-rendering behavior where copying RTM codes to the clipboard caused the text to disappear from the page.
- Aligned Monitoring Time Totals: Corrected log aggregation math so displayed clinical monitoring totals accurately reflect total active timer duration.
- Fixed Profile Data Fetching: Corrected backend data fetching when viewing RTM Details from the Patient Profile so complete log records display correctly.
- Fixed Note Edit Persistence: Corrected data save handlers so modifications made when editing clinical monitoring log notes persist accurately upon saving.
Other Web App & Mobile fixes:
- Messaging - Enforced Feature Toggle Controls: Corrected access rules to hide Shared Messaging when the feature toggle is switched OFF in administrative settings.
- Messaging - Corrected Message Sender Identity: Fixed message thread display parameters so patient-sent messages render under the patient identity and trigger inbound provider notifications.
- Messagin - Resolved Sidebar Messaging Buffer: Fixed loading states when opening new message windows directly from the RTM Patient Detail sidebar.
- Fixed Session Expiration Policies: Corrected authentication token handling to prevent inactive mobile patient sessions from being logged out prematurely.
- Fixed Image Display Sizing: Adjusted exercise thumbnail dimensions to ensure photos render at readable sizes across mobile devices. (Note: mobile app should be on the latest version)
